Wilford School Gala 18 November 2016

Click here for the latest Gala Newsletter 11 November

The Parents Teacher Association (PTA) is a group of supportive members who work together to support and enrich the life of Wilford School.

The PTA helps to enhance the school profile within the wider community; raise funds to provide improved facilities and opportunities for members of the school; and gives families and the community another opportunity to be involved in the school.

Some projects and events the PTA have recently been involved in include: installation of shade sails, school pool building maintenance, school twilight galas, discos, quiz nights, EOTC funds, sausage sizzles, technology devices and movie nights.

For 2016 we are really keen to build on the success of past years and welcome new members to the PTA.

Many thanks

Annette Paterson-Spice, PTA President

How do I get involved?

1. If you would like to join the PTA please contact the school office on 568 3425 or office@wilford.school.nz

2. If Committee meetings are not for you, we still have several ways you can be involved in the school by helping with school events, fundraising activities and welcoming new families to Wilford School.

We would like to set up a data base of willing parents who are able to give some of their time to help with these activities.

The PTA is a great way to be involved in the life of the school and meet other parents and caregivers.
